These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j2bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the j2bat website located at https://j2bat.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities.

By accessing the j2bat platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using the live chat support function — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or sports betting markets, which shall be deemed incorporated into these Terms by reference.

j2bat reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the j2bat website. Access to and use of j2bat is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. j2bat operates a strict 21+ policy and employs age verification procedures during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed immediately, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to legal guardianship or any other restriction on your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to use j2bat.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on j2bat. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another identity, or in conjunction with other persons — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of j2bat, or of any software or services provider to j2bat, where such connection would create a conflict of interest in relation to real-money gameplay.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of j2bat is lawful in your jurisdiction. j2bat makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

To access real-money games, sports betting, and withdrawals on j2bat, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Upon successful registration, j2bat will create a player wallet denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This wallet is used for all deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals conducted through j2bat. The wallet is non-transferable and may not be assigned, pledged, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your j2bat login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. j2bat staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where offered;
• Log out of your j2bat account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify j2bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

j2bat shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

j2bat is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts as a condition of its international gaming license and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before j2bat will process any withdrawal request from your account.

KYC verification requires you to submit the following documentation to j2bat's compliance team:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobscured copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document, such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months displaying your full name and current residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your registered name).

j2bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities.

j2bat operates a native PKR wallet, and all financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. j2bat does not charge currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction.

Deposits: Deposits to your j2bat wallet may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your j2bat wallet instantly following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. j2bat will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits and that is registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. j2bat processes withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements triggered by j2bat's AML procedures.

Refusal of Transactions: j2bat reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Dormant Accounts: An account is deemed dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. j2bat may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified by email prior to any administrative fees being applied.

j2bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all j2bat bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms;
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice;
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your j2bat account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• Abuse and Fraud: j2bat reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated software or bots, matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct deemed by j2bat to constitute abuse of its promotional offers.

All casino games offered on j2bat use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. j2bat does not modify, reverse, or alter confirmed game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction as described below.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). j2bat reserves the right to void, amend, or delay the settlement of any bet where the relevant result has not been officially confirmed, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or a technical error in the odds or market.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery of a game or the calculation of a result, j2bat reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets. j2bat shall have no further liability in connection with any such malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

Disconnections: j2bat is not liable for any losses arising from a player's internet disconnection during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the game will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game engine rules and the result will stand. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j2bat platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in the name of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with j2bat games or betting markets;
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in j2bat's platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or with j2bat employees, in relation to any game or betting market;
• Using j2bat to launder money or to conduct any other financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j2bat staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your j2bat wallet after the corresponding funds have been wagered.

j2bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. j2bat recognises that for a small minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and the platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered j2bat players directly from their account settings:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bat excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j2bat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or profits resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Loss or corruption of data arising from platform use;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or periods of platform unavailability;
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content published on the j2bat platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit j2bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

j2bat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

j2bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the j2bat Privacy Policy.

j2bat processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where consent has been provided. j2bat does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

j2bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j2bat will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notification upon next login or an email to your registered address. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the j2bat website.

Your continued use of the j2bat platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease using j2bat immediately and may close your account by contacting j2bat customer support. Any funds remaining in your wallet at the time of account closure will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bat holds its international gaming license.

Internal Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint about any aspect of j2bat's services, you must first submit your complaint to j2bat's customer support team in writing via the live chat facility or by email to the address listed in Section 15. j2bat will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through j2bat's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under j2bat's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided to you upon request.

Time Limitation: Any claim or dispute against j2bat must be submitted within six (6) months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted outside of this limitation period will not be considered.
